T-Mobile Transfer account or line ownership

With a change of responsibility, account holders can let another person take ownership of an existing T-Mobile line or account. Only the current owner of an account can authorize an ownership transfer. It's a good idea for both parties to review the T-Mobile Terms & Conditions
before the change of responsibility.
To transfer ownership of a business line or account:
21 lines or fewer: Print, sign and email the attached PDF form
to info@neobusinesswireless.com
or fax it to 330-366-8422.
22 or more lines:
Contact Business Customer Service
for help with transferring ownership.
