Here's how to change your Verizon PIN number

  1. Go to vzw.com/PIN.
  2. Sign in to your My Verizon account.
  3. Enter the new account PIN, then re-type the new account PIN in the designated box.
  4. Click Submit to confirm.
  5. Verizon will send you a notification that a PIN has been changed.
