AFFORDABLE CONNECTIVITY PROGRAM
Overview
NEO Business Wireless is helping you stay connected through the new Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP).
What is the Affordable Connectivity Program?
Congress created the long-term $14 billion Affordable Connectivity Program which has replaced the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program. This investment in broadband affordability will help ensure eligible households can afford the internet connections needed for work, school, health care and more for a long time.
The benefit will provide a $30 discount toward internet service including Mobile Broadband for eligible households and up to $75 per month for households on qualifying Tribal lands from a participating provider.
Eligible households can also receive a one-time discount of up to $100 to purchase a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet from participating providers if they contribute more than $10 and less than $50 toward the purchase price.
The Affordable Connectivity Program is limited to one monthly service discount and one device discount per household. If you have already received a one-time device discount on the EBB program you are not able to receive the connected device discount on the ACP program.
