Small Business Customers: Get a $200 Reward Card when you order new AT&T Internet service. Taxes and fees apply.
Customers must keep their service for at least 60 consecutive days, in good standings with no service interruptions. One reward card will be rewarded per account(defined by Billed Telephone Number, Account Number or Business Account Number[BAN])even if multiple Broadband lines are purchased. Customers will receive a letter by mail within 1–3 weeks after installation of broadband service notifying customer of eligibility and fulfillment instructions for reward card. The letter will be addressed to the name of customer who authorized the purchase, not company name, and mailed to the billing address. Customer must have service at the time they go online to redeem.
