  • Is there a personal credit check?

    No, NEO Business Wireless does not perform hard personal credit checks. We are a B2B & B2C service provider, verifying your identity and business identity only. Sole proprietors can apply with a valid EIN as well.

  • Is there a contract?

    Yes, all plans have a 12-, 24-, or 36-month agreement. You can opt-out within the first 30 days of service, but the monthly rate will be slightly higher than the contract price.

  • Are you a AT&T broker or a separate company?

    As a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (MVNO), we are an independent company that handles activations, agreements, and billing for our clients. However, we use AT&T’s infrastructure to provide wireless, internet, and VoIP phone plans.

  • Do you work with other providers?

    We also partner with all major carriers, so if our plans don't fit your needs, we can help you start services with Verizon, T-Mobile, Spectrum, Cox, or Comcast.

  • Which credit bureaus do you report to?

    We report installment lines to Experian and Transunion for your personal credit and financial tradelines to D&B, Experian, Equifax, and LexisNexis for your business credit. Data typically appears on your personal and business credit reports after 2 to 3 billing cycles.

  • How long does the process take?

    We can have your quote ready within 24 hours and your plan activated or devices shipped within 72 hours.

  • Can I bring my own device/s?

    Yes, you can bring your device, but it must be unlocked if it is with another carrier.

  • Do you have devices?

    Financing starts at 36 months with a $300 down payment, and the device will remain locked until it’s fully paid for.
